Daisy graduated with her PhD in School Psychology at the University of Washington - Seattle. Her research focused on cognitive science studies and clinical practices related to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Daisy possesses a multidisciplinary background in Applied Behavior Analysis, Developmental Psychology, and Clinical Social Work. With her solid clinical experience and research background, she has held diverse professional roles, including elementary school teacher, program evaluator, cognitive neuroscience research assistant, clinical social worker trainee in a psychiatric hospital, and psychology trainee in the past. She has been dedicated to serving individuals and families dealing with neurodiversity and developmental disorders.Her interdisciplinary background enables her to approach issues from multiple perspectives, allowing her to provide comprehensive support to individuals and families. Currently, Daisy's academic focus centers on exploring assessment and evidence-based treatments for pediatric feeding disorder. Daisy has been a part of Seattle Children's Autism Center Pediatric Feeding Disorder Clinic and also interned at John Hopkins University Kennedy Krieger Institute where she has accumulated extensive clinical experiences working with individuals and families with pediatric feeding disorder. She is also committed to promoting knowledge about pediatric feeding disorder in children within Asian communities. Simultaneously, Daisy seeks to integrate her acquired knowledge with clinical applications, aiming to create inclusive environments and provide holistic support for individuals and families from neurodiverse background.

Zoey graduated with her PhD in the Educational Psychology program at Texas A&M University, specializing in Educational Research, Measurement, and Statistics (RMS). Drawing from a solid foundation in both Psychology and Statistics, Zoey's professional journey has encompassed diverse roles, including special education teacher, behavior technician, and program evaluator, all centered around working with children with autism and their families. Currently, Zoey's academic pursuits revolve around a fascinating exploration: she is delving into advanced statistical methods to effectively quantify and tailor specialized training programs for individuals. Her innovative research seeks to make a tangible difference by enhancing the efficacy of these training programs, ultimately improving the lives of those who benefit from them. Beyond her academic endeavors, Zoey is driven by a profound passion for community building. In particular, she is dedicated to cultivating mentoring opportunities within the Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) community. By fostering these connections, Zoey aims to create an environment where teachers not only find a sense of belonging but also receive the support they need to persist and thrive in their vital roles. Davina Ouyang, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and licensed behavior analyst in the State of Washington, USA since 2017. In these years of practice, Davina serves clients with diverse cultural backgrounds in various social contexts ( such as home, school, clinic, and community). Davina has several years of experiences as a senior BCBA in k-12 school setting with the expertise in conducting evidence-based assessments, developing skill acquisition goals aligning with student’s IEP and vocational plan, and designing and implementing behavior intervention plans and emergency response plans for intensive challenging behaviors. Davina leads the related service team, and collaborates with stakeholders such as parents, teachers, psychologists, occupational therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Mental Health Counselors, paraprofessionals, and school administrators. Davina works collaboratively with different organizations (such as Global Autism and the Institute of Accessibility Development at Tsinghua University) . Davina has years of experience in parent training and supervision for BCBA and BCaBA in both the United States and mainland China. With a bachelor's degree in Chinese education, Davina has always maintained sensitivity to individual’s cultural and language backgrounds and supported several immigrant families in behavior management, social-emotional learning, parent-school communication, and training in the Greater Seattle Areas. Davina is committed to actively contributing to areas such as individualized intervention strategies, training, and service fidelity among various stakeholders for the betterment of the broader Chinese community. Hui Zhang completed her Ph.D. in Education, specializing in Special Education, at the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2024. Her educational background includes studies in law and accounting. After her child was diagnosed with autism at the age of four, Hui made a career transition into the field of special education research. This personal journey has driven her to become a dedicated professional in the education of children with special needs, blending academic expertise with profound personal insights gained from her own experiences.

Nicole Li
Ph.D., M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Nichole毕业于北京理工大学,在IT领域工作二十多年,曾作为软件工程师和项目经理任职于摩托罗拉和微软。因为亲人朋友的缘故知道自闭症,进而选择去华盛顿大学攻读教育学硕士,专业方向是应用行为分析(ABA)。目前在Kent 一ABA诊所任职BCBA,主要从事低龄(3-7岁)自闭症儿童行为干预和家长培训。Nichole致力于通过我的工作让孩子少走弯路,帮助家长摆脱困惑。
Nicole graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology and has worked in the IT field for over twenty years, serving as a software engineer and project manager at Motorola and Microsoft. Due to the experiences of her family and friends with autism, she chose to pursue a Master’s degree in Education at the University of Washington, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She currently works as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at an ABA clinic in Kent, primarily focusing on behavioral interventions for young children with autism (ages 3-7) and parent training. Nichole is dedicated to helping children avoid unnecessary detours and assisting parents in overcoming their confusion through her work.

Linda is a school psychologist in the United States. She holds a bachelor's degree in early childhood education and an education specialist degree in school psychology from the University of Washington. Since 2014, Linda has worked as a teacher, teaching assistant, and school psychologist at a Chinese elementary school, a public elementary school in Seattle, and at public elementary and high schools in the Bellevue School District respectively. Linda excels in collecting multi-dimensional data to assess students' academic, behavioral, social, emotional, and psychological aspects. She utilizes assessments results and observational data to provide effective feedback to teachers, parents, and students. She collaborates with school teams to help students design individualized education plans and intervention measures that suit their individual needs. Additionally, Linda specializes in providing psychological counseling services to students experiencing anxiety and depression, using evidence-based methods such as CBT to help them acquire emotional regulation tools, handle negative emotions in a healthier way, and build better social relationships and mental health. During her graduate studies, Linda volunteered with the nonprofit organization Open Doors For Multicultural Families in Kent, dedicating herself to assisting new immigrant families and multicultural families with autistic children in accessing better educational resources and improving their quality of life.
Xin Wang

Xin目前在华盛顿大学传播系担任兼职讲师,为本科生教授跨文化环境传播和公共演讲课程。Xin拥有北京大学俄语语言文学学士和大众传播硕士学位,并于2018年毕业于南加州大学安嫩伯格学院,获得博士学位。 Xin曾是南加州大学安嫩伯格传播与新闻学院的传播学讲师,以及南加州大学多恩斯拜夫文理学院联合教育项目的研究员。Xin在《人民日报》——中国最大的媒体集团拥有八年的专业记者和媒体管理经验,她是《中国能源报》的联合创始人和副总编辑。 同时,Xin也是一位自闭症孩子的妈妈。
Xin is currently a part-time lecturer in the Department of Communication at the University of Washington, teaching undergraduate courses in intercultural communication and public speaking. Xin holds a Bachelor's degree in Russian Language and Literature and a Master's degree in Mass Communication from Peking University. She graduated from the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism at the University of Southern California in 2018 with a Ph.D. Xin was a lecturer in communication at the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism at the University of Southern California and a research fellow in the Joint Educational Project at USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences. Xin has eight years of professional experience as a journalist and media manager at People’s Daily, China’s largest media group, and she is a co-founder and deputy editor-in-chief of China Energy News. Additionally, Xin is the mother of a child with autism.

Fangxuan Suo is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) dedicated to supporting children with autism and their families. She earned her Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in School Psychology from the University of Washington and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education with a minor in Psychology from Beijing Normal University. With extensive experience working in elementary and secondary schools within the Bellevue School District and Issaquah School District, Fangxuan specializes in utilizing data-driven methods to assess students' strengths and needs comprehensively. She collaborates closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop targeted interventions and support plans that foster individual growth and success. Fangxuan is passionate about providing culturally responsive services to children and families from diverse backgrounds. She is committed to creating inclusive environments where every child feels valued, understood, and empowered to reach their full potential.
Jasmine Zhou

Jasmine Zhou obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Peking University and her PhD degree in School Psychology from Texas A&M University. She completed her residency at the Illinois School Psychology Internship Consortium and fellowship in child clinical psychology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She holds a psychology license, is registered as a health service psychologist, and is a nationally certified school psychologist. She currently works as a clinical psychologist at an eating disorder specialty clinic in a children’s hospital. Her professional interests include eating, food parenting, body image, acculturation, and multicultural competence.

Hi, I am Ruiwen Jie. I hold a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz. My academic and professional journey focus on understanding human behavior, organizational management, and the intersection of policy and psychology. Inspired by a commitment to social equity and mental health, I contributed to projects that explored the impact of social support policies on mental well-being and stigma reduction. Additionally, My experience in research projects and working with organizations focused on psychological well-being has strengthened my dedication to building inclusive and supportive communities.
