科思融合美术活动 Inks and Inclusion: CARES ACROSS CULTURES

Our Inks and Inclusion: CARES Across Cultures event will be a series of three events that is part of the City of Bellevue Cross-Cultural Without Walls. This is an inclusive art event for all neurodiversed individuals and families from the community. We hope the participants can walk away with an understanding of the perspectives of individuals other than their identified background.

Art is a more accessible form of self-expression, especially for individuals with neurodiversed backgrounds, surpassing verbal communication or written words. Through our art event series, we hope people will learn the value of diversity and the power of creative expression in fostering unity and understanding. Ultimately, we aim to cultivate a supportive and inclusive community where individuals feel empowered to express themselves authentically and connect with others on a deeper level through art. 

​Event Details:

• 2 pm - Doors Open. Please Check in and sign a Photo Release form. 

• 2 pm-4 pm

  • 4 different art stations are available.

  • Professional volunteers for behavior support

  • Showcase your artwork on the display wall

  • Special guests performance

  • Light refreshments are provided. If you have any food allergies, please let us know in advance.

  • Different sensory tools will be available if needed
